Florence Alvino has 23 years of experience in the bridal groom industry. After graduating the School of Fashion Design in Boston, she was employed in the House of Bianchi Design Department; she decided to open her own business, Custom Designs By Florence Alvino in Wakefield, MA. Eight years later, motherhood called her back home, and for the past two years she has been successfully operating the business from her home. Her talent provides her customers with unique custom designed gowns. "No Project is too big or too small." You don't even have to have a pattern or the material. Simply bring pictures or a dress that has similar features to those that you want. I supply a wide array of fabrics and colors to create the gown of your dreams. "We will achieve the look that you want." A gown is usually completed three to four weeks before the wedding, but at your request it can be finished earlier. I will give you a schedule of fittings and ask that you understand how important it is to keep it.
